Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork. Each piece is created and handled with great care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and damaged items.

Original Paintings

All original artworks are final sale. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, I cannot accept returns or exchanges once an original has been purchased. Please review all photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before completing your order. I’m happy to answer any questions about an artwork prior to purchase.

Art Prints

Prints are made to order and are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a print that is damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Damage

Great care is taken in packaging all artwork securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify me within 7 days of delivery. Email clear photos of the artwork, the packaging, and the shipping label to hello@enigmaartisticcompositions.com. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly—either by replacement (for prints) or insurance claim assistance (for originals).

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped. After this window, cancellations cannot be accepted as preparation and fulfillment begin immediately.

For Merch items, if available, if your order is currently in production and has not yet been shipped, you can seamlessly manage your orders, both originals and prints, by going to https://account.enigmaartisticcompositions.com

Damages and issues
Note: We do not assist with buyer's remorse. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

It is recommended to include a photo of the defect or damage.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, in accordance with the above policies, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@enigmaartisticcompositions.com.
