Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products that you will love. Due to the custom nature of our products, including wall art, apparel, phone cases, notebooks, journals, and lamps, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
However, we take great pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect each item before it ships.
Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Orders cannot be returned or refunded if you simply change your mind.
- Incorrect Sizes: Please ensure you select the correct size for apparel items, as we do not offer refunds for size-related issues.
- Damage from Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling is not covered.
- Incorrect Orders: Refunds will not be provided for orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong design, size, or address).
In the unlikely event of a defect or damage during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, preferably with a photo of the issue, and we'll gladly offer a satisfactory resolution such as offering a replacement. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to ensuring you love your purchase!

Damages and issues
Note: We do not assist with buyer's remorse. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
It is recommended to include a photo of the defect or damage.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, in accordance with the above policies, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
